Pots n' Woks Reviews

The Absolute best vegan Chinese food I've ever had!! Always incredible!! 10/10 every time!! Wish there was a location closer to me, but I'll make the drive for now. Must get the orange chicken!

More vegan options than you could dream of and everything is so yummy. There's plenty of parking and the portions are huge! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for solid delicious BBQ pork, this classic Chinese take-out style place is THE place to grab just that. Was specifically just craving this dish so can't speak for other classic dishes. However, after seeing all the other dishes they offered, will, without a doubt, be coming back for the pork and to try other dishes offered. Plus, the service was pleasant & helpful as well. The signs they displayed also gave off good vibes. The fact that right at the entrance you see a neon "Vegan Friendly" sign was cool & welcoming. You don't see a lot of quaint Chinese take-out places that advertise that right off the bat. Then you go in, and they have this awesome sign that plays on the TV show FRIENDS theme song that displays "P.O.T.S.N.W.O.K.S. We'll be there for you" and that gave off such a warm & welcoming vibe. And then they have this other neon sign that says "#happyaf@potsnwoks" and thought that was even more of a vibe! If you're looking for a hip Chinese take-out place that serves legit yummy Chinese take-out food, is Vegan friendly, and just all around GOOD VIBES", check this place out if you're in the Whittier area.

So dare I say this is hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had? It's true! There is plenty of parking so no need to worry. It's located is a shopping center and it looks pretty freshly renovated. The service here is great, they are super friendly and welcoming. But let's talk about the food, the real deal! I got the combo C. I got the bbq pork, the mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, with half fried rice and chow mien. The food tasted so fresh and delicious, they pack your plate too! This was definitely my favorite Chinese food place of all time.

New to the area & was so excited to try this place out based off all the reviews and great ratings! The place was quick, staff is friendly, clean dining area with space to dine in and there's many good options to chose from. I opted for a bowl and got the chow mein with Honey shrimp, it was delicious up until about half way through when I spotted a hair sticking out of the shrimp breading. very disappointed & disgusted. See photo for hair. **EDIT** After speaking with staff through social media they took the time to contact me personally and made amends by refunding me for my meal due to the hair mishap. Mistakes happen & this company showed they truly care about their costumers. Definitely will go back due to the customer service alone! Like I stated originally food was delicious & customer service is superb. Thanks again!

My first time trying this place and I wanted to play it safe and order vegan orange chicken plate. Half rice and half chowmein with Orange Chicken. I ordered via uber eats and did not know what to expect since I didn't Yelp before hand. When my food arrived, I was surprised!! This place has HUGE portions. The taste of the orange chicken is good. I was not disappointed.

Came here for the Vegan Version of Panda Express and WOW! The quantity they give you is just amazing! Even Panda Express doesn't give you this much food for the price you're paying! The vegan pricing is slightly higher, but I think it's worth it for how much you're getting! One thing to note: when I clicked the directions from Yelp, it took me somewhere else about 12 mins away from this location. The address is correct, but clicking the direction button took me somewhere else. I recommend getting the directions from Google

After this place was recommended to me by a friend as one of the best vegan Chinese restaurants he's ever been to, hubby and I knew we had to make a visit. Upon driving up, I liked how a "vegan friendly" sign was clearly displayed in the front. Inside the restaurant, there is a cute mural on the wall as well as several tables available for people to sit at if they choose to eat at the restaurant. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and were impressed by the clearly labeled vegan menu options. Prices are listed for meat combo meals as well as vegan combo meals. Prior to ordering, hubby asked if any vegan options contains nuts and the employee went and confirmed that the vegan Kung pow chicken contains peanuts but all the other vegan options were available for him to eat. I decided to order a three item combo with half chow mein, half fried rice, vegan orange chicken, vegan BBQ pork, and vegan mushroom chicken, with a watermelon lemonade to drink. Hubby also chose the three item combo ordered half chow mein, half fried rice, vegan orange chicken, vegan Mongolian beef, and vegan BBQ pork, with a passion fruit lemonade to drink. We decided to split an order of veggie egg rolls and macaroni salad. Our lemonades were quickly prepared and our food followed soon after. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw our to go containers clearly labeled as vegan. The watermelon lemonade was the best lemonade I ever had in that it tasted like a liquid watermelon Jolly Rancher to me which was delicious. Hubby enjoyed his passion fruit lemonade and said it had a good balance of sweetness and tartness. The vegan BBQ pork was excellent, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and had the perfect amount of sauce of it. The vegan orange chicken was tender and sweet but not overly sweet and the vegan mushroom chicken was cooked well and had a good balance of vegan chicken, mushrooms and vegetables. The vegan Mongolian beef was well seasoned and gave hubby the exact amount of spice that he likes and paired well with the chow mien and fried rice. The egg rolls and macaroni salad were also very tasty as well. Although we began eating our meal at the restaurant, the food portions are so large that we decided to save some of it for a later meal. Due to the friendly and attentive staff as well as the variety of vegan menu items, we definitely plan to visit the restaurant again in the future.

Indoor seating available but a little crowded when busy, delicious food and cute decor. The line is long but one of the best in town, large portions big enough to share. Sorry I was so hungry i didn't even take pics but I will definitely update my review with nice ones next time. If you're in the area check them out.
